Algorithm updates for implementation or consideration:

• aw and bbw dependence on T and S

• input Rrs uncertainties; output IOP uncertainties

• updated a*ph from Bricaud et al. (2004)

• alternative spectral expressions of adg following Twardowski et al. (2004)

• updated eta (a.k.a. gamma or Y), etc. from Loisel (TBD)

• inelastic scattering (Raman, fluorescence)

• AOP<->IOP: Lee gw/gp; Devred et al. (2007) Q; Smyth et al. (2006) f/Q

• MODIS spectral options (inclusion of 678-nm, inclusion of 250/500-m bands, etc.)

Analysis updates:

• include a in analyses

• sensitivity of inversion to defined cost function
• absolute vs. relative difference within cost function
• updated IOCCG-like synthetic data set

• simulated Level-1A file(s) with varied satellite/solar geometries, AOT, etc.

• apply targeted spectral ranges to delta Rrs and delta IOP
