OB.DAAC Data, Imagery & Web Resources

Please provide acknowledgement to NASA Ocean Biology Distributed Active Archive Center (OB.DAAC) for the use of data, imagery, and web resources for educational and informational purposes. Compliance is important for NASA, its missions, our science data product providers and partners.

General Acknowledgement

If OB.DAAC data is used in your work, please include a general statement af acknowlegemenet giving credit to the OBPG/OB.DAAC for data, assistance, and/or review at the end of the published work, prior to the reference list.

Spacecraft Data Reference

Each dataset is assigned a unique digital object identifier (doi) that can be entered into a citation formatter tool to have a citation automatically generated for you. To manally cite a dataset, Use the reference notation of: Author, Release Date, Dataset Title, Publisher, doi reference, and date accessed.
