The recent change to require Earthdata Login for all data downloads from the OB.DAAC has introduced a problem for the SeaDAS getanc.py and modis_atteph.py scripts.
These scripts currently do not have logic in them to pass Earthdata Login credentials and will fail to download the files identified.
Until an update is made available, a workaround is to use the
