Dear Ocean color team,

Actually, I am extracting four MODIS (Level 03) parameters SST, Chl-a, DOC, FLH and eleven reflectance bands in time-series format from google earth engine. I need to fill the gaps (missing values). I have Spline time-series imputation package but I am not sure if this is the best one according to our variables variation and trends. I was wondering which time-series imputation model is the best for filling gaps in the MODIS ocean color parameters?

Sincerely,
Mo.
