Dear,
I have a question about SeaWiFS level 3 Binned products.
I try to download this data set from http://daac.gsfc.nasa.gov/data/dataset/index.html.
this is gridded data set, 9km resolution.
For example S19972441997273.L3b_MO.main, S19972441997273.L3b_MO.x00, S19972441997273.L3b_MO.x01.....,
However, my main problem is that I can't open this file. I try to open this files using SeaDas program and ENVI program.
But I can't do that. I want to open and convert ascii file.
So Would you please let me know a method ?

SeaDAS can display the SeaWiFS Level-3 bin file format.
It should only require that you navigate through the seadas menus:
display->seadisp->load->seawifs
then enter the full path to the .main file.
If this does not work, please contact seadas support, seadas [at] seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov, and let them know exactly what the error is when you attempt to open the file in seadas.
