An important piece of information regarding the new MODIS L1A extraction utility.. the extraction currently only works on the 1km bands. We're hoping to get things working for the HKM/QKM bands in the near future, including capability to display the high res data. We also plan on using a consistent value like -999 for the L1B padded pixels that lie outside of the subscene. Stay tuned....
